Returns & Refunds

There are two ways a return happens at ROQ Gear: the product is faulty, or you cancel an online order within seven days of receiving it. This page covers both.

Cancelling within 7 days

Online purchases in South Africa carry a seven-day cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and we honour it. Tell us within seven days of delivery that you're cancelling, send the product back in the condition you received it, and we refund the purchase price within 30 days. Return shipping for a cancellation is for your account.

Outside those seven days we don't accept change-of-mind returns — so if you're unsure about a board, ask us before you buy. We know the stock and we'll tell you straight.

Faulty or defective items

A product that's faulty, not as described, or fails within six months of delivery falls under the CPA warranty: you choose repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the return shipping. Details on the Warranty page.

How to start a return

• Email sales@roq-gear.co.za with your order number and the reason.
• We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
• Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via PayFast once we've received and inspected the item.
