Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases from ROQ Gear ("we", "us"), a South African retailer of computer gear — mechanical keyboards, peripherals and accessories. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & pricing

• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the total price payable for the goods.
• We aim to keep stock, prices and images accurate, but may correct errors.
• An order is confirmed once payment is received.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayFast (card, Instant EFT and other supported methods). Your order is fulfilled once payment is confirmed.

Delivery

We ship from Durban, typically within 1–3 business days to most of South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Warranty & returns

Every product carries the six-month warranty set by the Consumer Protection Act, handled by us in Durban — if a product fails in that period, you choose repair, replacement or refund. Online orders can also be cancelled within seven days of delivery under the ECT Act's cooling-off right; beyond that we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing here limits your rights under the CPA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
