Warranty

Every product we sell carries the six-month warranty set by South Africa's Consumer Protection Act, and claims are handled by us in Durban. You deal with the people who sold you the keyboard, not an overseas supplier.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use, for six months from the day your order is delivered. Keep your order confirmation — it's your proof of purchase.

The remedy is your choice

If a product fails within the six months, section 56 of the CPA lets you choose the remedy: repair, replacement, or a refund. We don't pick for you.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse.
• Normal wear — keycap shine, fading, and other cosmetics.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

How to claim

• Email sales@roq-gear.co.za with your order number and a description of the fault. Photos or a short video speed things up.
• We usually reply within one business day.
• If the fault is genuine, we cover the cost of getting the product back to us.
