Warranty

Every keyboard we sell carries a local warranty handled in South Africa — so if something goes wrong, you deal with us here, not overseas.

What's covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse.
• Normal wear (e.g. keycap fading) and consumables.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

How to claim

• Email sales@roq-gear.co.za with your order number and a description (and photos/video if helpful).
• We'll assess the fault and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
