Online orders can be cancelled within 7 days of delivery under the ECT Act's cooling-off right; beyond that we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty items fall under the six-month warranty.

- Are the keyboards wireless, and do they support remapping?
- Most boards in our range are triple-mode (USB-C, 2.4GHz and Bluetooth) and support key remapping via VIA or Womier's software, depending on the model. Check each product's spec highlights for details.
